ISO Quality, OH&S and Environment Management Systems
Nobles is certified to ISO 9001:2015 (Quality), ISO 45001:2018 (Occupational Health & Safety) and ISO 14001:2015 (Environmental). With regular auditing conducted by an external body, Nobles continues to maintain compliance to industry best practice in quality, environmental, and safety management systems, including corporate governance and overall business performance improvement. DLCS is accredited by the Government appointed accreditation body for Australia and New Zealand, JAS-ANZ, to conduct third party certification assessments under all ANZSIC industry codes.
National Association of Testing Authorities (NATA)
The National Association of Testing Authorities (NATA) is the national accreditation body for Australia. NATA’s role is to serve the national and public interest, by ensuring that organisations comply with relevant international and Australian Standards so they are competent to provide consistently reliable outputs and data to government, industry and the wider community. NATA accreditation provides an assurance of the competence, impartiality and integrity of facilities. Nobles maintains NATA accreditation for mechanical testing, certified visual inspection, non-destructive testing and calibration, nationally.
Lifting Equipment Engineers Association (LEEA)
Nobles have been members of the Lifting Equipment Engineers Association (LEEA) for decades. LEEA is the respected and authoritative representative body for Members involved in all aspects of lifting operations and equipment in the lifting industry worldwide. The association has played a key role for over half a century, from training and standards setting through to health and safety, the provision of technical and legal advice and the development of examination and licensing systems.
DNV GL
Nobles are DNV GL accredited and have been since 2010. DNV GL sets standards that comprise of safety, reliability and environmental requirements that vessels and other offshore mobile structures in international waters must comply with. Nobles complies with DNV GL standard DNVGL-ST-E271 –2.7-1 Offshore containers and DNVGL-ST-E273 – 2.7-3 Portable offshore units. Additionally, Nobles complies with EN 13414-1 – Wire rope slings; ISO 10855-2:2018 – Offshore containers and associated lifting sets – Part 2: Design, manufacture and testing of lifting sets; and IMO/MSC Circular 860.
